Our returns policy for all products abides by Australian consumer laws. If your product has or develops any faults or defects and does not work as expected, we will provide a free replacement, repair or refund at our discretion once the defective product is returned to us. If the fault constitutes a major fault, you may choose to receive a replacement, repair or refund.
We will not refund based on change of mind, though are happy to accept returns for some incorrectly purchased items in exchange for store credit.

Delivery to Gold Coast regions is available at a flat rate of $60 and will be delivered within 2-5 business days.
Delivery is also available to Brisbane and northern New South Wales regions at a flat rate of $120 and will be delivered in 2-7 business days.
We also offer Pick up form our showroom and factory at 48 Dover Drive Burleigh Heads.
We will advise when product is ready to collect via text/email.
Shipping is not available on this product currently, to reduce risk of breakage.
